James is a registered Chartered Architect with many years’ experience gained in the private sector since joining in 1998. In early 2006, he was appointed Director of the Practice and has since taken responsibility for overall project management within the company. James’ multi-faceted role also encompasses developing relationships within our current and prospective client base.
Lynda is a registered Chartered Architect with vast project management experience. Since joining RDJW Architects Limited in 2003, she has worked on a variety of residential, educational, leisure and industrial developments. Lynda has an active role within the Practice managing project teams, maintaining staff development and orchestrating the RIBA-backed Continuing Professional Development programme. In recognition of Lynda's valued contribution to the practice, she was appointed as a Director in 2017.
Tim trained as a Design Engineer and has gained over 15 years’ experience in private architectural practice, telecommunications and transport infrastructure engineering. He has been involved with a diverse range of projects for both private and public sector clients and is a Director of RDJW Architects Limited. Tim has a keen interest in technology-related issues and is responsible for the maintenance and development of company-wide IT systems and standards. He is also responsible for ensuring the Practice’s financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth.
Paul is a registered Chartered Architect and has gained over 45 years’ experience with private architectural practices. He has been involved with a wide range of private and public sector clients and has had previous experience as a partner in a medium-sized architecture practice. Paul has been a Director of RDJW Architects Limited since its formation in 1992.
