A traditional steel-frame construction system was employed in order to minimise the time to completion. A variety of different cladding materials being incorporated to provide a finished aesthetic which offered far greater appeal compared with some of the surrounding properties.
A 900mm brick plinth provides a base for the flat composite insulated wall panels in Goosewing Grey with aluminium, powder-coated doors, windows and trim in contrasting Sargasso Blue. The upper sections of the walls are clad in cedar to the underside of the eaves with cedar fins for additional, eye-catching detail.
